The Alamo Heights Junior School Mule Team, a 501c3 non-profit, raises money and organizes volunteers to support athletics at The Alamo Heights Junior School.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Volunteer - Donate your time to work games, the concession stand and events.

Jr. Mule Team Membership - Annual dues are $100 to join the Jr. School Mule Team. Membership directly funds our athletic programs including volleyball, football, track, basketball, tennis and cross country.

Annual Picnic Scrimmage - The Annual Picnic is held at The Jr. School in September each year. Purchase a ticket to watch our volleyball and football teams scrimmage and/or purchase BBQ plates. All proceeds directly fund our athletes.

Mules After Dark Fundraiser, March 4th - Join us at Club Giraud, one of San Antonio’s most historic clubs, set along the riverwalk, to celebrate our athletes. Enjoy live music, dinner, drinks, and camaraderie with parents and friends who back our athletes. Tickets range from $250 to $500. Exciting underwriting opportunities available. School Banner - The Jr. Mule Team displays a large banner along the fence of the football field, next to the carpool lane. The banner lists families and businesses that have donated to purchase a spot. Prices range from $250 to $1,000 to be included on the banner. All proceeds directly fund our athletes.

The Alamo Heights Junior School Mule Team is run by a working-board. There is no paid staff or administrative overhead. All operating needs (event planning, accounting, communications) are handled by volunteers and in-kind sponsors. That means 100% of proceeds support AHJS athletics - equipment, uniforms, safety needs, travel, and program enhancements requested by our coaches and Athletic Director.
